Terms & Conditions
We are committed to providing an excellent service. If you have sent, or indeed received, a product with which you are not entirely happy, please contact us with your comments; we need to know if we can improve, and will do all we can to put it right for you. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 24 hours.
1. The contract between us
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. No order is accepted by No13 Lifestyle & Interiors until the order has been checked and approved. If there is a problem, we will email you within three working days.
2. Our right to refuse your order
2.1 We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order for any reason, including, without limitation and whether or not payment has been received by us, if:
2.1.1 we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; or
2.1.2 we do not deliver to your area; or
2.1.3 one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers; or
2.1.4 any discount code or gift voucher was invalid or already redeemed.
2.2 If we do refuse your order, we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
3. Price
3.1 The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on our website.
3.2 You may be required to pay extra for delivery, and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are set out on our website.
3.3 We take payment at the time of order, not necessarily at the time of despatch. This ensures there are no last-minute issues with getting your order delivered on time.
3.4 Any offers we make are designed to be used independently and are not available in conjunction with any other offer.
4. Right for you to cancel your contract
4.1 You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the day after you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling, nor will you have to pay any penalty.
4.2 To cancel your contract, you must notify us in writing.
4.3 If you have received the goods before you cancel, you must send them back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel but we have already processed the goods for delivery, do not unpack them when received. You must send them back to us at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
4.4 Once you have notified us of the cancellation, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and within 30 days of your order.
4.5 If you cancel the contract but do not return the goods in their original condition, or do not cover return delivery costs, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of recovering the goods from your refund.
5. Delivery of goods to you
5.1 We will deliver the goods to the address provided at the time of ordering.
5.2 Delivery will be made as soon as possible following order acceptance, depending on the selected shipping option.
5.3 You become the owner of the goods upon delivery. From that point, the goods are held at your own risk and we are not liable for any loss or destruction.
5.4 We reserve the right to edit any message submitted with the order if it contains offensive or inappropriate content.
6. Liability
6.1 If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, are damaged, defective, or delivered in the wrong quantity, and you are not a consumer under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, we shall have no liability unless you notify us in writing upon delivery.
6.2 If you do not receive your order within 30 days, you must notify us in writing within 40 days. We will then:
make good any shortage or non-delivery;
replace or repair any damaged goods; or
refund the amount paid for the goods.
6.3 Except as required by law, and unless you are dealing as a consumer, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or goodwill.
6.4 You must comply with all local regulations regarding the import or export of goods. We are not liable for any issues related to import restrictions.
6.5 Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
7. Notices

All notices from us to you will be displayed on our website from time to time.
8. Events beyond our control
We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, system failures, fire, flood, or other unforeseen events.
9. Invalidity
If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain valid and enforceable.
10. Privacy
You agree to be bound by the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11. Third-party rights
Only parties to this agreement may enforce these terms. This does not affect your statutory rights.
12. Governing law
This contract is governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
13. Entire agreement
These terms, alongside our website pricing, delivery details, and privacy policy, form the entire agreement between us.
13.1 No employee or representative is authorised to make changes to these terms.
13.2 We accept no liability for misrepresentations unless they are fraudulent.
14. Promotional Code Terms & Conditions
14.1 Promotional codes offer discounts at the time of ordering and apply to new online orders only.
14.2 Only one code may be used per order.
14.3 No13 Lifestyle & Interiors reserves the right to reject any promotional code it believes is invalid.
14.4 Codes are only valid for a limited time as specified in the promotion.
14.5 Promotions are not valid with other discounts or sale items.
14.6 Refunds will be issued on the amount paid, less any shipping charges.
14.7 If only part of the order is returned, the discount is applied proportionally.
14.8 If the order no longer qualifies for the promotion after a return, we reserve the right to deduct the discount value from the refund.
14.9 We may amend or end promotions at any time without notice.
